The general jural assembly meeting might involve more travel. But it is at the GJA meeting where you will have your Jural Covenant of Office administered to join. Your sponsor should accompany your visit. And if there is a rule requiring advance notification of a visit your sponsor should take care of that.
At the meeting you may not vote or take part in debate. You are there to observe. But often there is discussion in which you may be engaged. And questions are welcomed. Make no mistake about you being needed. If you are willing to move forward and participate you are one of a minority, and your participation as a member will be greatly valued.
The first state GJA meeting you attend may not be as big as this one, but this is what we are expecting as more people decide to participate.
